Trevon Clarke

A former secular artiste, Trevor Clarke’s only passion now is to minister for the glory of God. This young, talented 20 year old Gemini of passage fort, Portmore, St. Catherine is motivated by his love for the Lord and his desire to see people led to faith in Christ. His greatest aim is to be used of God through music to impact on lives for the Kingdom of God. Since his first performances at Genesis 2001 and on Gospel Emotions 2001, Trevor has grown in confidence and competence. Inspired by such local mega gospel artistes as Kevin Downswell and Jai whom he considers as his role models, Trevor who has been a Christian since 12 years old, takes Philippians 4:13, “I can do all thing through Christ who strengthens me”, as his personal motto.

Trevor, who also plays the drums, is a member of the Gospel Lighthouse Church of the First Born. His musical genre includes reggae, culture, soul and R&B. This Cumberland High School past student represents an emergent group of young, vibrant, enthusiastic, inspirational, crowd-pullers in the gospel music industry, whose music is not only creating waves especially among young people, but has the potential to be a truly revolutionary force and a positive influence among our youth. Trevor Clarke performs under the management of Gareth Hamm and his Lighthouse Records label.
