Since then, he has recognized his energy, standard, and style. His philosophy of reaching all souls wherever they are is being continuously realized through his performances in the United States, Canada as well as the Caribbean Islands. Not only in songs, but also in profession, Easton Gobourne has set the trend for gospel singers to know what ministry means professionally. His earliest work noted was recognized in 1986 where he submitted the song "JAMAICA LAND" to the Annual Festival Commission in Jamaica West Indies.
By 1992 His vision, the Gospel Meadows, enhanced His ambitions for the ministry and the great commission set by Jesus Christ. Evangelist Gobourne released his first CD "I'm Free" in 1994. While in the year 2000 he brought about the release of his current CD's "Rise and Be Whole” and the award winning "Eye Of the Storm". The response to the CD's and the ministry has been overwhelming and a blessing to those hearing the gospel through songs as well as the spoken word.
His Professional Ministerial achievements to project his singing and theological abilities were enhanced by him accomplishing a Master's of Theology and Christian Counseling from the Family of Christ Theological Seminary in New York which is an affiliate of I.T.S. of California. He established The Gospel Meadows as an active venture and incorporation in 2000. Easton Gobourne, now residing in Orlando, Florida, held the position of Associate Pastor at the Assemblies of the First Born Church in Mount Vernon, New York until December 2000, where He was also the Co-Founder. This was one of the many positions he held in order to assist in the growth of the Church worldwide in songs, music and the word. |
